A hard week. One less job on it.
Clearing a loved one’s home is not a junk job, and we don’t treat it like one. We set aside what matters, donate what can be used, and haul the rest — at the pace the family needs.
The service
We work at your pace.
Some families want the house empty by Friday for the realtor. Others need a day to walk the rooms first. Either way, we start with a conversation about what stays — photographs, papers, the things nobody thought to look for — and we keep an eye out for them as we go.
Usable furniture and household goods go to donation wherever we can. Documents and anything personal we find get set aside for you, not thrown on the pile. When the house is empty, it’s swept and ready for the next step.

How an estate cleanup goes
Three steps, at your pace.
- 01
Talk first
A call, then a walkthrough with whoever is handling the estate. We agree what stays and quote the whole house in one number.
- 02
Sort, set aside, load
Room by room. Personal items set aside in one place for the family; donations boxed; the rest to the trailer.
- 03
Empty and swept
The house is broom-clean and ready for the realtor, the landlord or the next family.
Good to know
Questions we get asked.
Can you work with an executor or realtor instead of family?
Yes. Give us the contact and the access and we keep them updated. Many estate jobs are arranged from out of state.
What happens to things you find?
Anything that looks personal — documents, photographs, jewellery, cash — is set aside and handed to whoever hired us. We’d rather over-save than throw the wrong thing away.
Do you donate?
Wherever a charity will take it. Furniture, kitchenware and clothing usually can be. Mattresses and broken items usually can’t.
How fast can it be done?
A single visit for most homes; two for a full, packed house. Tell us the date the house needs to be empty and we plan backwards from it.
Ready when you are
When you’re ready, we are.
One call gets you a straight answer, a date, and a crew that shows up with the trailer. No pressure to book on the spot.
