Light demolition is the part of a project everyone underestimates: a shed is two hours of work and a trailer full of splinters and nails. We bring the tools and the trailer, take the structure down safely, and leave the footprint clear.
Inside, we do the non-structural tear-out — cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, drywall, fixtures — and the debris goes with us the same day. No dumpster sitting in your driveway for a week. Anything structural, electrical or plumbing stays with your licensed contractor.

Questions we get asked.
Is this structural demolition?
No. We take down free-standing structures and do non-structural interior tear-outs. Load-bearing walls, electrical and plumbing stay with your licensed contractor — we’re happy to work alongside them.
Do I need a permit?
Sheds, decks and pools sometimes do depending on the town and the size. We’ll tell you what we know for your town, but the permit is the homeowner’s to pull.
Can you remove the concrete footings or a slab?
Small footings, yes, on request. A full slab is a different kind of job — ask and we’ll be straight about whether it’s ours.
How long does a shed or deck take?
Most sheds and decks come down and leave in a single visit. A kitchen tear-out is usually a day.
